WELCOME TO THE SHOW
My name is Steve Owens and I meet a lot of people; sometime in my travels, sometimes in my own home town. Several times (quite by accident), I have stumbled into what I consider to be fascinating stories. So after way too many got away, I decided to start recording them. Some of these conversations will be fascinating ONLY to me. Some will be fascinating to you too. In the end, I guess this podcast is just an excuse for me to get to travel, meet, and talk to more people. So if you are so inclined…
Walk with me, down Fascination Street!
This episode is with Master Sergeant (Ret) Leroy A. Petry.
This decorated Amry Ranger is only the second living recipient of The Medal Of Honor since The Viet Nam War.
Leroy was gracious enough to take some time out and talk with me about his life, and the events that led to his injuries.
Happy Memorial Day. Find a Veteran and thank him or her.

In this episode I sit down with 4 of the actors from the outdoor stage production of Tecumseh! This is the story of the Indian Chief and his role in America’s Westward Expansion. This drama takes place in Chillicothe, Ohio (about an hour outside of Columbus, Oh) every summer for the past 40+ years. The drama includes cannon fire, musket fire, fight scenes, and about a dozen live horses! Honestly one of the coolest things I have ever seen. check it out at tecumsehdrama.com

Steven Torres, Susan Leist, Bendi Donnel, GabrielMustin

I was fortunate enough to get a sit down interview with the lovely Gina Grad from L.A. morning radio; as well as The Adam Carolla Show. We recorded this one in the Adam Carolla Studios shortly before Valentine’s Day, and we talked about her recent exit from L.A. morning radio, her 9-11 experience, and the greatest advice she ever received, (it was from Adam).
